PAYMENT METHOD
 

The payment can be made in several ways:

 
  • The guests from Croatia can pay their reservation by payment slip to the agency's account. In order to make a correct payment, you will need the following information:
    - customer: first name, last name and complete address of the reservation holder
    - purpose of the payment: reservation of the accommodation no. ----- (write the number of the proinvoice)
    - beneficiary: Turistički obrt Maestral -(Tourist agency "Coala Travel"), Kralja Tomislava,4, 21223 Okrug Gornji , Croatia
    - amount (kn): according to the received proinvoice
    - account number: 2360000-1101613268
    - Zagrebačka banka d.d.  poslovnica Trogir
     
  • Foreign guests can pay their reservations to the agency's foreign account by bank order. In order to make a correct payment, you will need the following information:
    - customer: first name, last name and complete address of the reservation holder
    - beneficiary: Turistički obrt Maestral -(Tourist agency "Coala Travel"), Kralja Tomislava,4, 21223 Okrug Gornji , Croatia

    - purpose of the payment: reservation of the accommodation no. ------ (write the number of the proinvoice)
    - amount: according to the received proinvoice
    * all expenses of the payment  guest .

     

    PAYMENT DYNAMICS

    The reservation of the accommodation can be done in two parts.
    The first part, that is the deposit (advance) as a confirmation of the reservation must be paid within 48 hours .
    The rest of the price as well as the tourist tax need to be given to the owner on a day of arrival at the accommodation giving him a voucher.
    The exact amount of the deposit (advance) will be written in the proinvoice sent to the guest.
