HOW TO BOOK

  • Searching our offer on web-site, you can for every offered service click on button «reservation» or «inquiry», then with necessary personal details fill the specified fomular. Afterwards we will check if it is possible to reserve requested service and confirm to you all inclusive price and the deposit amount. If the price and reservation terms suits you we'll send you with e-mail
     
  • The reservation of the accommodation units can be done by clicking the button "send an inquiry" which is situated at the bottom of the each accommodation unit. It is very important that you fill in all the required information.

     
  • After we notify you that your inquiries have been checked, we will need your final confirmation of the chosen accommodation unit. Right after we have received your confirmation, we will send you proinvoice for payment of deposit on your e-mail address or fax. The payment will be made according to the PAYMENT METHOD published on our pages.

     
  • The deposit as a confirmation of the reservation must be paid within 48 hours or 24 hours for the reservations within 14 days before arrival. Immediately upon making the payment, it is necessary to send us the notice of payment via mail info@coala-travel.com or fax (+385 21 796 755).

     
  • After checking the payment, we will send you the voucher that contains all the information about the reservation (info about the host, the guest, arrival and departure dates and other paid services). The voucher is also the written confirmation of the paid accommodation.
